Pet Royalty Club

At Price Brothers, we love our pets just as much as we love serving our customers. The Price Brothers Pet Royalty Club is an exclusive VIP program for all of our pet-loving residents. Members will receive a card that gives them exclusive access to special offers and discounts at local pet-related businesses. Membership is included in your pet fee and every pet-owning resident is eligible!

Pet policy

Maximum 2 pets allowed, Rent $25.00 monthly per pet + Deposit

Our community is happy to accept dogs and cats. Maximum of 2 total pets allowed in the apartment home. The monthly pet rent is $25 per pet.

Deposit amounts for 1 pet: $250 deposit + $250 non-refundable pet fee = $500. Deposit amounts for 2 pets: $300 deposit + $300 non-refundable pet fee = $600.

Restrictions

Aggressive dog breeds including, but not limited to, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes the aforementioned, are specifically prohibited and Landlord has discretion to limit other breeds. Inherently dangerous or exotic, feral or wild animals are prohibited.
