What is the application fee and is it refundable?

Application fees are $50 per person occupying the apartment. You may pay this fee online by credit card. All application fees are nonrefundable.

What information do I need to apply for an apartment?

Please review our Qualifications for Occupancy by scrolling to the bottom footer on our website and click “Qualifications for Occupancy“.

How do I apply?

Click on the “Apply Now” button under the “Floor Plans” tab of our community website.

What is a holding deposit or earnest money?

A “holding” deposit or “earnest money” is another word for “security” deposit. The security deposit amounts are listed in the Floor Plans section of the website.

Do you allow pets?

Our community is happy to accept dogs and cats. Maximum of 2 total pets allowed in the apartment home. The monthly pet rent of $25 is per pet. Deposit amounts for 1 pet: $250 deposit + $250 non-refundable pet fee = $500. Deposit amounts for 2 pets: $300 deposit + $300 non-refundable pet fee = $600.

Restrictions: Aggressive dog breeds including, but not limited to, Pit Bull, American Staffordshire Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, Chow, Great Dane, Saint Bernard, Akita, Wolf Hybrid, and any mixed breed that includes the aforementioned, are specifically prohibited and Landlord has discretion to limit other breeds. Inherently dangerous or exotic, feral or wild animals are prohibited.

Do you offer covered parking?

Yes, we offer a parking garage that includes 1 assigned space for each apartment home Additional garage parking spaces may be available for rent. Please contact the office for our most currently availability and pricing.

What utilities am I responsible to pay?

Our residents are responsible to pay for water, trash, and electric.

Why does your pricing include ranges?

The prices will range on each floor plan depending on finishes, views, and other features inside the apartment home.

Do you require renters insurance?

Renters insurance is required. Our requirements are as follows: $100,000 in personal liability. You can easily sign up for a policy from our recommended insurance provider at www.ResidentShield.com.

Do you host events at your property?

Yes, we host events throughout the year with various activities to encourage community camaraderie.

If something needs to be repaired in my apartment, how do I report it?

You may call the office or submit work orders online by accessing your resident account. All emergency repairs should be reported by contacting the office. If the emergency is being reported after business hours, please follow the prompts to be connected to the answering service.

How can I refer a friend?

If you love living here and want to refer a friend, please let our office know! We offer resident referral programs throughout the year and would love for your friends and family to join our community.

How can I pay my rent?

You can pay rent by accessing your resident online account. This allows you to use a bank account or credit card to make payments.

Do you accept packages on behalf of the residents?

Yes, we accept packages in our package locker on our first floor. We please ask that you pick it up as soon as possible to prevent overcrowding.
